Lastly, the plan should include one for marketing and promotion of the business through smart branding. Hiring a marketing firm can help to relaunch the business on a greater scale.
The only fear of business expansion is letting go of some of the control and allowing others to use their talents to make it happen. By using a plan, this will be strategic and focused on a bright outcome.
