Jobs FAQs

Vector Technical fills a variety of office, light industrial, skilled trades, technical and professional positions on a temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct-hire basis throughout the Greater Cleveland area.
Job availability changes on a daily basis; many positions are available immediately. The more flexible you are in terms of location, pay rate, shift and duties, the faster you will be assigned.

When you report for your interview, you will be asked to complete a comprehensive application, which includes a complete work history, as well as educational background and references. Expect to spend a minimum of one to two hours at our location.

Once your application is complete, you will be interviewed by a Vector Technical personnel supervisor. During the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your interests, skills and experience. Depending on your background, you will also be asked to complete a series of written and/or computer-based skill tests.

Not every job is going to meet the expectations you have. If you are not interested in a position, you are free to decline. We will continue to offer you positions based on your skills and preferences.
We realize that not every job is a good fit for you; sometimes you do not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on an assignment and find it is not going to work for you, please contact us immediately. You may be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. If you are on a long-term assignment, you will be expected to provide two weeks’ notice.
We NEVER charge a fee to applicants. As a Vector Technical applicant, you will not pay for any of the services we provide.
