Theresa Comstock
Sourcing Specialist
Location: Willoughby, OH
My name is Theresa Comstock. I joined Vector Technical in November 2024. Having over 25 years of customer service experience, I get the pleasure of interacting with our candidates. Learning about who they are behind a resume and providing a strong, professional relationship with each individual.
I’m a mother of four and I have a grandson that keeps me busy. I enjoy gardening and working in the yard. You can find me outside on most summer evenings grilling, playing with our three dogs or sitting in front of a fire. Getting back in the kitchen and learning to prepare dishes from the vegetables that we’ve grown over the summer is one of the reasons I love summer so much. I really enjoy family game nights and Sunday dinners when I can get the whole family together.
Chester Kelley
Recruiting Specialist
Location: Willoughby, OH
Hello, my name is Chester Kelley I grew up here, working in the manufacturing industry, before I joined the United States Army. I spent 21 years in the Army with four deployments two in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. After my deployments I spent the next thirteen years in various Army Recruiting roles. Once I retired, we moved back home, here to Willowick, OH, where I currently live with my wife Jerri and my two boys Bryce, Haden, and daughter Jaclyn.
Long story short, I walked into Vector to apply for something in a manufacturing role but when I sat down with Allison and told her a little about my background she said, “no way,” the rest is history. I always enjoy meeting new people and helping them find new careers.

Elaina Muenster
Business Development & Account Management
Location: Solon, Ohio
My name is Elaina Muenster, and I joined Vector Technical in November, 2017. Working in Business Development and Account Management, I am responsible for obtaining and maintaining new business, sourcing, attracting, and placing job candidates for open positions. My goal is to always meet clients' needs by finding candidates who match organizations' culture and open job positions. I develop strong organizational and communication skills working in the full cycle of the recruiting process, including industry research, cold calling, scheduling, networking, and developing and maintaining strong working relationships with candidates, client companies, hiring managers and human resource staff. I also lead, mentor, coach and train the recruiting team to ensure that open positions receive adequate coverage to meet our clients' needs.
I absolutely love the personal and interpersonal aspects of keeping in touch with individuals throughout the recruiting process. Helping and learning a person’s preferences, both personally and professionally, over time helps me assist them in finding the jobs which make the most sense for them.
I graduated from The University of Akron in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in mass communication with a concentration on radio and TV. Prior to joining Vector Technical Inc., I spent time working as a radio personality/intern for Q104’s morning show, Fee’s Kompany in the Morning. From there, I spent a season working as an in-arena host for the Lake Erie Monsters (Cleveland Hockey Team). In 2013, I had the opportunity to work for WHNT News 19 in Huntsville, Alabama (Fox 8 Sister Station) as an interactive content reporter/producer.
Outside the office, I enjoy cooking, traveling, running, photography, crafting, concerts, and spending time with my family and friends.

In my role, I handle a variety of tasks, from managing the front desk, answering phones to new hire onboarding and helping keep everything running smoothly day to day.
