These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI-powered recruitment tools provided by Vector Technical, Inc. (“Vector Technical,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). By using our AI services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Purpose of Our Services
Legal:
Vector Technical uses AI technology integrated with Vector Technical to:
- Parse and analyze resumes you provide.
- Match your skills and experience to potential job opportunities.
- Conduct automated communications to help screen candidates; and
- Recommend next steps in the hiring process.
Final hiring decisions are made by human recruiters, not solely by AI.
Plain English:
We use AI to help us review your resume, compare it to job openings, send you automated messages, and suggest next steps. AI helps speed things up, but real people make the final decisions.
2. Eligibility
Legal:
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old; and
- Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting application materials.

3. Your Responsibilities
Legal:
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate, and up to date information.
- Only submit materials you have the right to share; and
- Use our platform only for lawful job search purposes.
You may not:
- Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or experience.
- Interfere with or attempt to disrupt our systems; or

4. AI Processing and Communications

By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to:
- The use of AI to analyze your resume and application materials.
- Automated messages and communications as part of the screening process.
- AI-generated recommendations that may influence your candidacy; and
- Storage and processing of your information within Vector Technical in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You’re okay with our AI reading your resume, sending you automated messages, and suggesting jobs for you. We store this data in our Vector Technical system as explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. No Guarantee of Employment

8. Changes to These Terms

All AI activities use only the data stored in Vector Technical. No external data sources are accessed by our AI tools.
3. Data Protection and Security
- We follow industry-standard security practices to protect personal information.
- Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel.
- AI tools process your data in accordance with this policy and applicable U.S. privacy laws.
4. How We Share Your Data
We do not sell personal data.
We may share your information:
- With prospective employers (for candidates) or prospective candidates (for clients) as part of the recruitment process
- With service providers who support our ATS and AI operations, under strict confidentiality agreements
