Ohio Technical Centers
Ohio Technical Centers (OTCs) offer manufacturing and other educational programs to adults to improve the skills and professional competencies of Ohio’s workforce. The providers offer training and credentials for in-demand jobs and a direct path to employability.
OTCs partner with local businesses and government agencies to help students understand the value of technical careers such as manufacturing. The courses and programs offered help shape the future of aerospace talent.
Vector Technical recently participated in the OTCs job fair to share welding and automotive career opportunities with over 100 Welding and Automotive students.

Employers Turn to Vector Technical for Top Aerospace Talent
Vector Technical is among the best staffing agencies for placing aerospace talent. We offer access to on-demand aerospace professionals with the skills and experience required to keep up with production demands.
Because aerospace roles vary in educational and experience requirements, employers often let a skilled trade staffing agency handle the hiring process. As a result, aerospace hiring managers who work with us enjoy peace of mind. We have the knowledge and experience required to fill companies’ aerospace talent needs.
Fast turnaround
The timeframe to refer an aerospace employee depends on our current employee database and the employer’s unique needs. Because we are committed to sending the most qualified aerospace applicants, we respond to the status of an order within 30 minutes and keep each employer informed throughout the recruiting process.
Guaranteed satisfaction
Since not every job is a fit for every candidate, an employer might discover that an aerospace referral is wrong for a position. In this case, the employer can let us know within the first 8 hours of temp-to-hire employment if they are not satisfied with the quality of our aerospace referral. Then, we will cancel all charges for unsatisfactory work and immediately refer a replacement.
We also offer direct-hire placement services. Our satisfaction guarantee varies based on our contract with the employer.
