Vector Technical wants to know what our clients’ experiences have been in the past, and how we can better meet their needs in the future. We are asking our readers to answer these questions about their needs and experience with the staffing industry in general. Vector Welcomes Rich Adams to its Recruitment Team

Vector Technical is pleased to welcome Rich Adams to its recruitment team. Rich joined Vector in March. As a Recruiter, Rich is responsible for interviewing and placing job candidates; visiting and evaluating client needs; and placing sales calls to potential clients in the Greater Cleveland area. His experience is mostly with engineering, sales and marketing, and some VP placements. He also places many candidates in permanent positions. “Vector really gives me the freedom to explore new opportunities within the recruiting industry,” Rich says.

Rich came to Vector from another staffing agency, where he worked for a year. Prior to that, he worked at Progressive Insurance for three years. In his continuous efforts at helping clients in the best way possible, Rich participates in numerous sales and marketing training seminars. “I really believe continuing my skills and education training is important in this industry,” Rich says. “I have completed probably hundreds of seminars that have helped me learn something new each time.”

Rich resides in Mentor with his wife, Chrissy. They are expecting their first child.
