My initial experience working with Vector Technical was quite a few years ago and I began to work with Vector on several temporary hourly production positions. Although I had been in the HR field for a number of years, this was my first position working with the staffing needs of a production facility.

        Vector came in to partner with me on the job requirements, skills, etc., but what really impressed me, and set Vector apart form the other agencies, is that they took the time to find out about the company culture, work rules and environment. They requested a plant tour to get first hand knowledge of the actual job needs. It’s been a great partnership since that first meeting.

        I, as well as a number of other HR representatives at STERIS Corporation, utilize the services of Vector for a variety of administrative, professional, production, engineering and scientific positions. They simply do not let me down! I can be assured they have sent me the best possible candidate to meet my staffing needs – they will not just send “a body.”
